Who I Am

My name is Desiree Jackson and my lifestyle transformation journey began with a mission to alleviate stress, shed 15-20 pounds, and to help manage my diabetes.


As I embarked on this journey, I found myself inspired to bring my family, co-workers, and friends along for the ride. My ultimate goal is to assist individuals in achieving a comfortable, robust, and independent lifestyle for as long as possible.


Admittedly, I have faced numerous life challenges, but I believe that these experiences have increased my understanding and ability to motivate and encourage my clients to push through and reach their desired outcomes.
